From time to time, we may take photographs or video footage during activity sessions which may capture images of participants. The images and footage may be used for the sole purpose of promoting our business and tourism to support the economic development of tourism and the region/Ireland. To that end, places where the content may be used is online media such as social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc. as well as our website. In no circumstances will subjects be identified and in the event that a 3rd party tourism sites such as Fáilte Ireland, Tourism Ireland etc are requesting to do a promotional photograph or video shoot, we will seek separate permissions where applicable.
The media will be safely stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy which you can read by clicking here. by us and you may ask Shannon River Adventure Ltd. to stop using images relevant to you at any time. In this case, they will not be used in future publications.
