For smaller groups, there are other options but the full choice of activities may not be available as they would be joining other groups. If you would like to book smaller groups of 4 or more, choose the FAMILY & FRIENDS booking option.

25% deposit is taken at time of booking and full payment is due at least one week before date of booking. A payment request will be issued shortly after the time of the booking and the payment link will expire 5 days before booked date. If booking is made one week or less before trip date, full payment will be required on the day of making the booking.
You'll be welcomed at the centre by one of our friendly team who will round up the kids and explain the itinerary of activities.
For water activities, the kids will be kitted out with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet. A safety briefing will be given before each activity and a warm-up where appropriate.
- Swim wear (for under wet suit) and towel
- Spare/old runners to wear in the water - shoes must be worn at all times, including in the water (no crocs or flip flops)
- Waterproof jacket, fleece/warm sweater, sunscreen.
- Plastic bag for bringing wet clothes home.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items. Due to the large volume of clothes and other items left behind we generally need to recycle or dispose of lost property on a weekly basis. Therefore if you notice a child has left something behind, please contact us as soon as you can.
Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets are provided and BUOYANCY AIDS MUST BE WORN WHEN ON OR NEAR THE WATER.
Please ask everyone to come 10 minutes before the booked slot.
Please Note: Late arrivals may miss out on an activity if it has already commenced.
MOBILE PHONE POLICY
We very much discourage the bringing of phones in the first instance. However, if they are brought along, they are not, under any circumstances, to be used while on activities or in changing areas. Any child found using their phone without permission during activities will have it removed until home time.
NB: Any child found to have a phone out of their bag in the changing area will not be allowed to continue on activities.
We take the safety and privacy of all our participants here very seriously and our policy is driven by trying to protect young people as much as possible.
I hope you understand and will work with us on this issue.
BEHAVIOUR
Our activities are run on the basis that everyone has great fun, in a safe and friendly environment. To that end, we will not tolerate bullying, persistent teasing, dangerous behaviour or disregarding our staff’s instructions. We try to deal with behaviour issues at source, generally with success. However, if behaviours which we deem unacceptable persist, we will discuss the situation with a parent. If this fails to improve the issue, we may have to refuse the child from continuing activities. In this instance, there is no refund payable.
